Government employees who avail of leave travel concession (LTC) may be encouraged to share on “appropriate forum” any interesting insights and pictures of the destinations visited by them, the department of personnel and training (DoPT) has proposed as part of updated LTC rules and procedures.
The proposal, put up for comments to be given over the next fortnight, does not specify the “appropriate forum” on which government staff can post write-ups and photos of their LTC holidays. Sources however told TOI that the insights and pictures may be submitted by the government employees to their respective departments, which may then post them on their websites. Source:Times of India
